I'm getting a message "You have lost data connectivity because you left your home network with data roaming turned off." I m not able to use data, yet i can make and receive calls. This happened at noon when i crossed to the US from Canada.i have a US /Canada plan and it has worked for over 2 yrs. Does anyone know what happened, or how I fix this?

@DlVdb Your screenshot shows that wifi is on but not mobile data. Do you have some kind of override to make it use wifi and that is consequently blocking mobile data? I don't have a Samsung phone so not sure what the options are but data roaming is said to be greyed out in Settings when mobile data is turned off. Try turning mobile data on again and see if the roaming setting stops being greyed out. If you still can't get it to work and nobody here with Samsung experience comes along to help, open a ticket with PM support at the chat icon bottom right of this page.

I have hidden the post containing the picture, but @DlVdb, you still need to delete the picture from your Community account profile.

@DlVdb You need data roaming turned on as well as mobile data. Also if your phone is set to 5G you might want to drop it to 4G/LTE which seems to be more reliable for US roaming.

You will need to enable Roaming in your phone settings so your Canada/USA plan including data to work in the USA.
What is the make and model of your phone so we can help you if you need it?

@DlVdb So this happened even though you had roaming turned on, or did you really have data roaming turned off?
