Message from Public Mobile about the account usage

Just got a message that it mentioned the usage of my account is almost full. It's not true, I used only 10%...

just need to check the My Account's usage using browser with Incognito mode.

you can also confirm your usage by calling *611 or 1.855.4PUBLIC

if they both say you have no issue with the usage, just ignore the text.  Many reported that PM sent the usage sms wrong in the last 2 or 3 days

Same here, I've used 1% haha. I think it must be an error.

Got the same message after using only 30% of monthly data & that was first month after many months using 1-2% of data.

Me too. The message says I've used 95% and that's untrue.
