[Megathread] No Incoming / Outgoing Calls

Neither my husband or I can place or receive calls, but everything else works. Anyone else?

Here in Ontario samething as everyone else, but I noticed when I get a 2-form authenication text to log into my account it is going to a *********851 number. I don't know if this is a general public mobile number or if this is someone porting out my number.

There does seem to be issues with calling and voice mail.  I am in the GTA.

I fixed it this morning by turning on airplane mode, waiting 30 seconds and then turning it off

When I try to make a phone call this message comes up: 22PP1 "Active call already in progress cannot complete the call as dialed.

I'm in MB with similar issue. I was able to call to another public mobile customer only. All other calls fail outgoing.

Public Mobile is actively looking into the issue

For now, please reboot your phone every 15 minutes and try calling again

there seems to be a network wide outage starting in Ont and points east. Hopefully it's fixed soon.

there are many posts about this, they are aware, was asked to submit a ticket, phone service went down about 10am local Newfoundland time.

Just tried airplane mode for me, and it didn't resolve the issue

There is a network problem with Public Mobile, you can verify outages here https://www.telus.com/en/qc/outages?

You can try to put your phone in airplane mode for a few minutes and restart your phone.

Down in Quebec too... They say some network migration may affect... this is frustrating.

there seems to be a problem with the network for subscribers in Ontario/Quebec/Maritimes.  Please reboot your phone every 15 mins and test again

some others with similar issue today. I'm in BC and my calls go through ok, so I spect it's a local network issue where you are. Where are you located ?

sounds like it could be a network outage as others report similar issue this am. I'm in the interior of BC and my calls go through. Where are you located ?

try restarting your cellphones. If that fails, put cell in Airplane mode for a coupla minutes...after a coupla mins turn off Airplane mode and see if calls complete.

Seems like I’m not the only one having this issue. I’ve restarted my phone and tried airplane mode twice, no change. Tried adding a 1 before calling out, still didn’t work.

only recent thing, sounds like a call goes out, but then static noise - dead air? is the network down, seems that its only Public Mobile which is down.

I suddenly can't call anyone for no apparent reason and I need to call the non-emerge police for a follow up about last night. What am I paying public mobile for?!
