I accidentally missed my payment that was due on may 20th 2026. I tried to pay using *611 but I don’t remember my 4 digit code. How can i pay my bill?

you can first login My Account using a browser , and then use this link to load funds (remember to add E911 fees if applicable to your province)

and if you need to reset your 4 digits PIN, use this link:
