Double payment taken

My monthly phone payment was taken from my credit card two times on March 30th and April 2 both times for 43.68. Please refund me.

Did You login to your account and check to see if the second payment is in your account as credit?

use the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start the process to get Customer Support. Ask for a credit to your account rather than a refund which could take several weeks to process.

that is weird.  You didn't change plan on April 2nd, did you?

and you have only one account with PM? ( just need to confirm that as some has multiple accounts with PM and those accounts use the same credit card)

if you are sure it is not issue on your end, please ask PM support agent to check

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")

please ask PM to confirm if both transactions were correct.

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

 Now that’s a problem.  The only option you have for quick solution is to message PM CUSTOMER SERVICE .
