I answered a question wrong. My daughter was helping me and asked the question what's your plans cost I said 45 I mean 40 but she didn't hear me say 40. I just topped up last night with a voucher one for 10 one for 25 and I had a balance of 13 so I had a total balance of 48 which covered my plan. I would like to start a my Account so I can set up auto top up but I don't remember which email I used.

If having issues about which email you signed up with (if you did register for a My Account), use the Forgot your password option to reset it, found here: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password
If an email is received (check spam/junk folder) then the email is likely registered.

send a private message to CS_Agent
and let them change email and get new password after saving all information in one note. also make the community account the same email for every accounts.

@awhitford , you could search the inbox of possible email addresses. There should have been a welcome email after activation, assuming you already have an account set up.

If you signed up in a store then yes you need to go through support. If you signed up yourself then you would already have an account.
Can you look in all your email inboxes for the welcome email from here. That to address would be the email address login id.
