I received an email saying my SIM cards are on the way, but I did not order more. How to I check to see if there is an order, and how this came about?

If you go through Community posts you will see many customers experienced the same 'order'.
As long as your credit card is not charged or funds deducted from your account, just ignore that email.

This email is in error. There have been a lot of people receiving an email saying they have ordered a SIM card when they haven't

@Tiffany4384 just a glitch with PM. Some customers got that too. There should be no order. But chexk your credit card just in case. If there was a charge, open ticket with PM
