Why my mailbox say I'm full after 10 messages it's supposed to be Unlimited

Your voicemail box can have 10 messages, whether new or saved. Each message can be up to 5 minutes in duration. After 10 days, a message, whether new or saved, is automatically deleted, unless saved. You do not have to wait until the 10th day to save a message (for another 10 days). Messages can therefore be saved indefinitely.

Good question but what mailbox are you referring to ? Email ?

Voice mail is limited to a max number I guess it's 10.  Where did you see it saying unlimited?
