MMS not downloading

I checked Apn

I checked mobile update

Data is on and enough data

I can send photo,but to receive is always downloading.sms is working.

Any help pls

My buddy had the same problem. Try this. Go into your network settings, turn off automatic and pick Public Mobile then reboot. It helped him. What phone do you have?
