I purchase a new phone and did not receive my Sim Card so where is it?

@chaseflo    Are you saying you received your CPO but the free SIM card was missing?  You'll need to contact customer support via chatbot and ask them to send the missing SIM if that's the case.

@chaseflo buying sim card from PM could take 3 weeks for PM to ship.  When did you make the order??
