I began to use public Mobile service this month. But today I found I cannot find the service. Anyone help me?

@Wj67867If that happens and you can use selfserve, it sounds like it is a hardware / phone problem. Try swapping your SIM card into a known working phone to narrow down the issue. If it is a phone issue then you will have to take it to a repair facility and maybe check to see if the phone had been blacklisted.

Depending on what phone you have...make sure that you haven't accidently activated Airplane Mode or similar function.

@Wj67867 you could switch the Sim cards from each phone just to see if your sim works in your wife's phone and the other way around also to rule out that

Try the lost/stolen feature. Log in to self-serve. Plan & Add-Ons from top menu. Lost/Stolen Phone from next menu. Suspend Service button. Log out. Wait a few minutes. Log back in and back to Lost/Stolen Phone and Resume Service this time. Log out. Restart phone. You could potentially lose any rewards that have. 2. Manually add $1 into your account and restart the phone.

Log into MY Account...does it show as Active or something else ?
