I've lost my Sim card so I can't receive a verification code to log in to my account and order a replacement. What's the solution?

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.
Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
Or find a Mobile Klinik near you. https://mobileklinik.ca/stores/
Side note, if your phone takes eSIM, that option is available as well.

buy the replacement Public Mobile sim card from Telus or Koodo store for $10 or buy from Amazon for $5
When you have the new sim, you can login My Account buy getting the 2FA code via email. Just click Didn't receive code and then click Send email
if you really cannot login, Pm support agent can help to update the new sim card number for you, you can submit ticket by direct message:

don't buy the sim from PM , it takes long. Instead, get it from Telus or Koodo or Amazon
after you got the sim card, ask PM to help you to update it
