Hey Vanessalegault
What i can suggest is sign up on Community and message the moderater team. You will not be able to log into self serve because your account is not fully set up. When setting up an account they send a text message to the original number and simcard which you need.
if you dont mind me asking what part of the simcard is missing? if the main piece is there you can go into any local store and get the simcard adapter.
Hope i was able to help, enjoy your day.

Be aware of the session lock while activating the account. You have to wait for 50 minutes to let the session expiry before retrying to activate. I would give it an hr 🙂 before hitting a retry.

If you click the 3 dots in the top right corner of your post you can edit your post and remove the ph# and sim#.
Unfortunately as mentioned if you are unable to access your self serve account you will need to contact the MODs.
To Contact the Moderators click this link and describe in detail your situation.

@vanessalegault I misread
You won't be able to use https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/ since you dont have the original sim
Try using https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/
If you can get access to the account log into your account https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/ and you can change the sim card yourself.
If you can't get into the account, you will need to contact the moderator team Click this to send them a message.
