I lost my SIM card and I have an active plan. What should I do?

Timer wasn't asking a question. That was a clickable link for instruction for info to suspend your account so nobody can use your sim if they find it.

Yeah if you need service asap which I assume you do... I second this, you can get back up running same day as opposed to waiting forever.

@Casp get a sim card from a local Telus or Koodo store (do not order from PM online, it might take them long to ship the ship card)
once you got the sim card, login to My Account, use the Quick Links on top and click Change Sim card
Follow the screen, fill in the new sim card number and the rest of the steps
