Lost phone

My son lost his phone and I can’t login to my account because the verification code goes to his lost phone.  I need to cancel the subscription.  Help please.

hi @Tydaisy77 if you know the voicemail pin, you can also get the code via voicemail .  click Didn't receive code and select voicemail 

what a minute and call yourself from another phone and enter # to enter voicemail check mode and enter PIN to get the code

@Tydaisy77 Underneath where you enter the code should have something like "didn't receive code". Click on that and you should be able to have it sent to email.
