Hello, my daughter lost her phone and we cannot sign in to her account as it is asking us for a two step verification, and her phone is lost so we cannot retrieve the code.  How do we gain access to her account?

tap the resend code a few times and you should receive the option to receive it by email.

It’s also been experienced that if you enter the wrong code a few times and then hit resend code, it will eventually give you the option to receive it to the registered email address on file.
