Hey. I lost my phone with sim. Now purchasing a new sim and trying to login my account but it’s keep sending 6 digit code to my old phone which I don’t have now. How to solve this?

I can’t login and to create ticket it’s asking me to login first. 

I am using my other number account for these questions
