Lost number

I want to be assigned my old number back. I lost it around a month ago because my account was on hold.

if you just lost your account for less than a month, PM support agent likely able to help. But you might want to check with them first,  you can submit  ticket by direct message:

was the account just on hold or closed?

call 1855-4PUBLIC and enter the phone number, can the system find your number?

if it says the account just suspended, you can login My Account and pay to resume service.  But if the system cannot find the account, you will need to activate a new account and ask PM to help to re-assign back the number

If you Lost your number - account have been closed for whatever reason, you cannot get your old number back as it might be already assigned to another new customer.

Just in case, open a ticket and ask agent to help you out. Your number might still be available.
Call your 'old' number and see if it is 'out of service' meaning available.

I called the number and it is out of service so the number should still be available but I can’t find it while looking for a number
