Good morning, my question is concerning the recurring payments of an unfinished plan. You see, I bought the SIM and went thru all the steps, but got hung up on the number transfer stage. Then I didn't have any signal or data at all from PM, so I switched back to my old Telus SIM and my normal signal returned. So, since my activation couldn't be completed, will I still be charged a recurring fee for the SIM card that is not in use?

if you "hung up" on the phone number stage, the activation was not completed. But PM support agent can assist to complete it, or they can provide refund if they cannot help
