Need help as i cannot get into my account. Lost my phone and cannot two factor authenticate to get into account. need to transfer to an esim to put into another phone temporarily. Please advise what i should do.

only issue i cannot get into my email either becuase sending codes to my lost phone

Try to get the code via email. Click Didn't Receive Code and see if email an option
If not, ask PM to sort it out. Just message them
