I can't log in, and when I do, it says "unauthorized Access". It won't let me log in, and it won't let my call or do anything. Please advise

On the page for the 6 digit, so you see the message Didn't receive this code? If it does have you tried clicking on it. It will give the option to send to email.
If it still doesn't work, please message directly to csa at the link below for assistance.
