I have lost my referral discount, my loyalty discount, and my auto pay discount. My monthly bill has gone up since I have updated my c/c information. ( my account has never been cancelled) I have been a loyal customer for about twenty years now and would like my loyalty discounts applied back to my account. How can I do this without talking to someone on the phone? Could a Public Mobile agent please call me or email me. Thank you.

Unfortunately this has nothing to do with you updating your credit card information. This was a Public Mobile decision to remove all the auto discounts that you mentioned that we all used to get.
Now we all pay the full plan price amount as of May 2024, this was announced in March to take effect for May.
You pay your full plan price and they reward you 5% back on your plan price in points. You still get 1 point each 30 days for your active referrals.
With the points, you have to log into the My Rewards page manually to see how much points you have and redeem towards your bill. They will not put this program back.
Not much you can do, but if you want to discuss directly with PM, use the orange chatbot bubble to create a ticket.

@andydandy01 Everyone have been moved to the new point system , no more $2 auto pay instead you get 5% back in points for plan spend and once a year you get 10 points back for your anniversary. You friend refferals have same value except in points 1 point for each friend every 30 days . With the added step of redeeming $15 off your bill once you have earned 15 points from the rewards portal in your account

hi @andydandy01
you were wondering where the autopay/loyalty discount/friend rewards gone? PM has ended that old system and moved everyone to the new Public Points!!
So, now you have to pay full price first and PM will give you back points after. Instead of loyalty rewards monthly, you get 10 points per year on your anniversary date with Public Mobile. Instead of $2 autopay discount, you get 5% of your plan in points.
And the points are useful to reduce the bill. After you got 15+ points, you will go to rewards site to redeem 15 points for $15 bill credit
this is the background to the change
