I think @geopublic nailed it. If you think that your rewards have been unfairly taken away, contact the mods by clicking the "?" in the lower right hand corner.

@raggabless To recover missing referrals my understanding is that you must have each referral contact PM on your behalf.

@raggabless  The reasons could be:

 

  • Referrals suspended their accounts.
  • Referrals ported out
  • Referrals were improperly added to your account because of a system error.
  • Referrals are currently active and were incorrectly removed.

If it was the last one then submit a ticket to PM and they will investigate.

From what I have read in the last few weeks, this has been happening to many members. If you know the people that you have made a referral with are still using Public Mobile I would let Public Mobile know. 

 

I am also thinking you mean your friend referral, because that is what most people have been asking about.

@raggabless  Which rewards? There are many kinds of rewards; referral, community, one-time rewards like sign up bonuses.

Which are you referring to?

Are you talking about referral rewards? If so there was a recent cleanup done to the system due to a bug giving out too many refer a friend rewards. Have a look at self service and see how many refer a friend rewards you have. If you think there is an error contact a moderator for assistance using this link.
