Hello, I tried to activate my account today on the public mobile website. I went back on the previous pages during the activation process to change something but when I tried to proceed I get a message "The SIM number you’ve entered is currently reserved by another session. Please close all open browsers and try again after 50 mins." I don't have an account so I can't private message the moderators. If any moderators sees this post please reach out to me and if anyone know if the issues can be resolve please let me know. Thanks

In this case, there is no need to talk to moderators. The only thing that could have been done would have been to wait 50 minutes as the error message stated and then start over.

When it comes to if payment information, the message about the another open browser session wouldn't get displayed. This message spefically means that the activation was never finished. If payment was sumbitted the message should be only "invalid sim". Of course, it's never a bad idea to check.

PM activation server cannot handle back page well. After going back a page, always close your browser and restart your browser to start over again. If you get an invalid SIM card, wait one hour for PM server to close your failed session and your SIM card can be used again. Good luck.

@qky did you by chance try activating and clicked the back button or something?
If you did. Did you pass the payment section?
If yes check if your card was charged.
If it was charged put your sim card in your phone it will likely work.
If it does work and you were charged go to link below to create your self serve account.

If you were not charged. System locks sim for 50 minutes. Wait one hour, clear internet cookie/history cache open a fresh browser in incongnito mode and try again.
Don't forget a referral code for a $10 sign up bonus. If you used one and were charged and service works the credit will be applied within 72 hours.

@qky your sim card was locked for 50 minutes. If its been more than 50 minutes, clear your browser history, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to activate your SIM card. Stay safe.

@qky wait for about 50 min and try again using your browser in incognito or private mode
