I am writing for my mother, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, who has a Public Mobile account and a phone number but her email has changed and she needs to update her credit card information. It is impossible to enter her account because her email address has been cancelled and is no longer functioning.

@Mugwump2 at the login page, you only need to enter the email address she used to sign up with and then corresponding PW for PM. the email address is simply used as a Login name. Try it, and see if you/she can get in.
