My dad lost his sim card so he can't login with 2fa since he can't receive SMS.
I already have a sim card for him so he just need an access to his My Account to set up new sim.

just click Didn't receive code, and check if email is an option on the next screen
if no email option, please submit ticket with CS agent and they will help to update it

Click on didn't get code and send to the registered email.
