Lost SIM card

Hi, 

This is my friend's account. I cannot log in into my account because I lost my SIM card while traveling. I have the right email address and password but, with EverSafe, I need to enter a code that is sent to my phone number. As I mentioned, I do not currently have access to my phone number. How can I log in?

@Gab02  Try and hit resend several time  and see if you don’t get a option to have it sent to email instead
