Hi - My daughter's cellphone was lost. I saw some old information online that said PM would send a replacement SIM free of charge if I e-mailed them. I e-mailed quite some time ago to request, but didn't receive a response. Does anyone know if it is still possible to get a replacement SIM for a lost phone free of charge or do I need to go and buy another? Thanks!

Right now you can get a sim on amazon.ca for 7.69 with free prime shipping. Great deal cause its $10 at the stores

The free SIM card days are long gone. They used to have a gimmick where you can supposedly trade something useless for a SIM card. I managed to get a t-shirt plus SIM card through this program just before it closed.

After getting a new PM SIM card, login to her PM self-serve account and select [Plan and Add-Ons] --> [Change SIM card] to change your account to replace the lost SIM card to the new SIM card. It is that easy.

I'd suggest you get your sim somewhere other than Walmart as they may try to sell you something you don't need. If you just need a replacement sim card...you shouldn't need a whole new plan.

There is no offical policy of free SIM card sent to PM if you lost your phone/SIM.
It is easier and quicker just to buy another new one in store or buy another online either via this website or Amazon.ca.
