Hello,
Instead of buying a new physical sim card. Is it possible for me to use the old sim card number. I do not know what the number is. What are my options. I would like to de-activate so no-one can use my SIM CARD.
Please let me know. My email address is
***@*****
Thanks

If you clicked on Lost/Stolen phone on your account then the SIM will be useless.
Once you have the new SIM then you can change to the new SIM card number on your account.
You will be back and running with the new SIM.

nobody can use your old sim. It's associated with your email addess.
To replace a lost sim, you'll need to order one. Check out these guys have a local pick up option if you're in the GTA.

HI @Shadowfax_1 no, sim card are one time use only. If it was used with another account before , it cannot be resued. Please get a new one from Telus/Koodo store or via Amazon. You will then need to login My Account to change the sim card (use email to receive 2FA code) or message support to help
