Loss of LTE

Hi I used to have lte on my phone each month now it’s been a while since I have no more lte. Can someone help me ?

H @adibahjbili69   what makes you think you have no more LTE?

You only see 4G on the phone?  if it is 4G, it's ok, 4G=LTE

If you only see H or H+ or 3G, maybe you have change the network type to 3G only.  You can change it back to Automatic on your phone network settings

@adibahjbili69 , please try these steps & see if it helps:

Turn off your phone, remove your sim card from your phone for 5 minutes, put sim card back in your phone & turn phone back on. Reset your network settings (it will also remove your wifi & bluetooth settings so you’ll need to add those again after reboot) & reboot your phone if it doesn’t automatically. 
Make sure as per @DennyCrane suggestion that your network is set to Auto or LTE depending on which device settings you have.

Are you referring to data or phone calls (VoLTE)? If the former, check your network settings and make sure it's set to auto or LTE preferred.
