@Oscar1969   Make sure you have the appropriate Long Distance calling option purchased.  And remember buying add-on is a 2 steps process: 1. Load Fund, 2. Actual purchase.  Many people missed step 2 and hence didn't complete the purchase

• Where are you trying to call? 
• Have you added (+) or (011) to the front of the number you are calling?
• Have you purchased the international calling add on or which add on are you trying to use?
• Have completed both steps to purchase the add on? Add funds then choose, confirm and submit the purchase?
