I changed my plan so that I could  call the UK. It will not connect and it is not one of the restricted numbers. Tried chatbot and 611. Not getting anything useful from either. Any ideas on how to actually get this resolved?

which plan did you get ? Did you change plans right away or on next renewal date ?

how you call UK? wonder if it is the sequence you put in.  Remember when calling UK, you drop the 0 before the area code

and if you need support agent to check ,  submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
