you can only call selected counties with PM, and unfortunately not Lativia

you will need to use calling calls to call or use app instead

Sorry, but Latvia cannot be called using the Public Mobile service.  You'll have to use a third party service either separately or in combination with Public Mobile (example:  a calling card).

sorry, can't call Lativa using PM service.  They have a list of countries they can call, Lativia ia not on it
