Long distance are not going thru. Message says + unable to complete call check with service provider. Pressing 0 not working either

PM international LD calling can only be made to these countries:

which country you are trying to call? You cannot call all countries with PM service, only some countries and you need to have the proper calling add-on.
Tell us where you are calling first
long distance to where...Canada ? Try restarting your cell.
