it is free calls, but many people have trouble calling.
Try all these ways to call Canadian and US number when you are in Mexico. (Some confirmed only one of these ways work for them, so really try them all)
- +1 <area code> <7 digits>
- 001 <area code> <7 digits>
- 00+1 <area code> <7 digits> (key is to use a + in between the 00 , actual dial the plus sign, it does not mean concatenation)
- 00 1 <area code> <7 digits>
