local calls work BUT Long distance does NOT please help

Hi @diger it is weird, almost like a device problem as it works on another phone but just this one
submit a ticket with PM CS agent and see what they say
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

put it back to the original phone, does it work now?
If still not work, click Reset All Network, test again

Yes I used the 1 and I have Canada Wide and the simm works with a different phone

hi @diger did you put a 1 in front of the 10 digits number?
and your have Canada wide calling Plan? most plan should have that
