Do the rates change depending on the time of day or day of the week ?

@Bill1095 I don't believe you can call international with PM. You can only Add- on. There are long distance options you can add to your subscription  depending on where you want to call. There are 25 countries listed. If the country is not included, you will not be able to call.

You can download Textnow or WhatsApp to call international. Or buy those  pre paid calling cards from the mall.
