Hi there,
Hoping if someone can help. I just ported my number to PM at my local London Drugs and was wondering how long it will take for me to see both the $20 LD activation credit and the $10 refer a friend credit. So far I only see that I received $2 for the auto-pay credit on my account. Is the offer for both the $20 and $10 still available or am I shot out of luck?
Thanks.

@jpyzzbrah, takes anywhere from 24-72 hours. If you don't see it after 72 hours then get in touch with a MOD and they'll take care of it from there.

@Jorno, it is actually awarded the same every cycle, except the first first payment.
First payment it is applied after payment as you have stated. Payment number 2 uses the reward that is available, and applies a another reward, in effect doubling the amount off on payment 2.
payment 3 and so on, is applied at time of payment.

Thanks.
The $20 and $10 credits take up to 72 hours to appear in your account. The $2 auto pay will show up at time of next renewal.
From my experience, for the initial activation, the AutoPay Reward is added immediately after the initial payment as a credit to the account balance ($2 for 30-day plan, $6 for 90-day plan).
For all subsequent renewals, the AutoPay Reward is added immediately before auto-payment as a credit to the account balance.
