Ou of country and did not pay for few months and now account is suspended .... LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled...... how to get it fixed

If you were suspended for more than 90 days you will have to get a new SIM and create a new account with a new phone number.
If it has been less than 90 days you can make a payment via your account or contact support if there's a reason you can not use the self-serve options.

@amberbano, it sounds like you may have passed the 90 day suspension period which means account deactivation. You would have to start from the beginning and get a new SIM card and activate a new account.

611 isn't going to work very well without a network connection.
