Hello I need help, I am a long time customer, recently I can't log in because I forgot my password I always had it auto filled. The email address on my account, I haven't used for years and don't know the login.
now I tried changing my password and I did... and It says needs to verify through email or text but there was not text option. and I can't log in because i don't have that email anymore I need help asap to make a payment. Also Id like to change my email on the account.

You can get payment vouchers at retail outlets such as Shell Gas and Walmart, to name just a couple. Dial 611 to add the vouchers to your account...then deal with log in issue as suggested already..

Please open a ticket by going to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html . Once there, you can type in "change Self Serve e-mail address". After a customer support agent gets that done for you, the regular password reset procedure can be performed.

contact to support team by private message CS_Agent to change email and to reset passowrd.
after changed email,and tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and when you press the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
