Accessibility outside Northern America

I have a problem accessing the signals outside the North America. 
Due to muti factor authentication I couldn’t access my mails and many other accounts associated with my mobile number.
Could you please suggest me a suitable solution for this problem.

Please stop spreading misinformation.  None of the above will help the customer receive 2FA codes by text message on the Public Mobile service to be able to access e-mail, bank accounts, etc.

This is incorrect.  The customer could port to another carrier, another Canadian carrier who can provide roaming services where this customer wishes to use it.  That may not help for now, but would for the next trip.

The above is not relevant to this situation.  A U.S. romaing package will not help for places outside North America as User18 has asked about.

First, yes, PM does not have service outside of North America

 

If you need access to My Account, when they ask you where to send your 2FA security code, you have to pick email

 

If you are unable to access the email used to login, then you have to create another email address first, then open ticket with CS Agent and ask them to update the My Account login to your new email address

 

To open ticket :

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

If your SIM doesn’t work where you are then you will have to wait until you get back to Canada because you need to reply to the porting text confirming you are porting over to PM with your old SIM in the phone.

Yes, it is a Canadian sim and it doesn’t work at my place

What is your current SIM a Canadian SIM and does it work where you are?

and make call and sms for free,
