@Dill33451 - are you new here, or have you been a customer for some time?
If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number, and access to self serve.
If you porting your public mobile number to another provider, then your account closes here and you also lose access to self serve.
Have you ever created a self serve account before, if not you can register for one here:
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
If you have created a self serve account and you are having issues logging in, try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Opening a tab in incognito mode may help as well.
Also, too many failed attempts may temporarily lock your account access. So wait 1+ hour before you try again.
Otherwise, see other's posts.

or if you give up, then ask CS agent to help:

@Dill33451 What's the "big problem"? Are you able to reset your password on the forgot password link? If not, you will have to reach out to PM CS_Agent to get it reset.
Here’s when and how to contact our Customer Support Agents:

@Dill33451 , is it a forgotten password problem? If so, can you try the password reset option?
