Can reset password but not sure username. So locks me out. Help. Need to update my acct

@Smiley64  - curious, how can you reset password without knowing the username/email? 

 

Have you ever created a self serve account before, if not you can register for one here:

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

If you have created a self serve account and you are having issues logging in (try different emails it may be then use the forgot your password option). 

Also, too many failed attempts may temporarily lock your account access. So wait 15+ minutes before you try again.

When you do try again, clear your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Opening a tab in incognito mode may help as well.

 

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

@Smiley64 , the account username should be the email address you used to set up the self serve account.  Do a search of your email accounts for a welcome email from Public Mobile.

@Smiley64 you can try to use forgot password link there, try to enter any email you have and see if it brings you to step 2

 

if  that does not work, open ticket with PM Support
