I set up two accounts for my kids. One per and I thought they were both u der the same username and password but apparently not and now I can’t access one of them. What do I do?

To complete an account based on a retail set up.....it asks for the unique phone number. So I would assume that the retailer does no request an email address. And yes I know what the other meaning of what ASSUME means. 😀

@CountyDownIeUk- I don't know. I just seem to think that people have had this problem when signing up in store. Signing up yourself online should not work.

@Chrisnf99 - are you able to log into one of the Self serve accounts? If so, then try to register for the other one here:

If it does not let you register with a unique email, then maybe somehow an account was created with the same email as the first one. In that case, contact CSA by methods provided to assign a unique email to the 2nd account.

What is the store process?
When you finish off an account at home.....do you not start by entering phone number? And then choose the email you wish to use?
If yes then parent can make 2 new gmails for each child and use and only use by parent. Or build a gmail and use an alias. Like kidspm2022.harry@gmail.com and. kidspm2022.jane@gmail.com

There are quite a few way by which you can create multiple email addresses in Gmail.
For instance, if your email address is hello@gmail.com, any email that’s addressed to either he.ll.o@gmail.com or hello+world@gmail.com will also be delivered to your main inbox since Gmail ignores dots and anything that’s after the plus symbol in email usernames.
Therefore, theoretically speaking, you get an unlimited number of email addresses with one Gmail account.

Did you sign up in a store? Sign ups shouldn't allow the existing email address to sign up. But stores can possibly.

@Chrisnf99 no, each email can be used as username to setup one phone account only. Some people will use email alias as a workaround
If you have multiple email address, try to use the Forgot password link link there and see which one allows you to go to step 2 to continue reset
