The app and site work now for me. It sure would be nice if they put a sticky saying maintenance is going on. It was a full 48 hours it was down for many.

Thanks yummy. App on iPhone still not working (no error messages, just enter name, pw, verification and back to login). On my Mac using Chrome got a "Forbidden A1" error. But Chrome in Incognito mode worked. Thanks for the tip. Having said that, the whole reason I wanted to connect was to send a referral code to a friend to get them to switch to Public. Not a good time to do this. Will wait until they get things working properly....

Same. The app says it's under maintenance and directs me to the site. I can't log in through the site... It lets me log into the community but not my actual account to pay my bill and see stuff.

Are you using an Android phone or iPhone? If it's an Android, go into the app settings and clear the cache then clear the data. Then reboot and try logging in again. If that doesn't work, then creating a ticket is the way.

Chrome works like a charm. I am on it...
Use computer, clear cache, use incognito mode.

With regards to using Chrome, try going into your settings and clear your cache and then restart your browser and then go into incognito mode. If that doesn't work, create a ticket for CS Agents to reset your account.
