Public mobile just cut me off with no warning today. My credit card was stolen, so my account couldn't be automatically deducted. Now I'm trying to login and pay, but it won't let me login and then tells me I've tried too many times, so I have to wait an hour again.
HOW DO I PAY MY BILL when I can't get into my account?!?!

@Lj79 You load the funds *611 after you buy public mobile payment voucher from shoppers drug mart 7-11 shell gas dial *611 and input the code on the voucher and you will resume service right away . And then get code to phone to log in to your account again . By time you do that the hour lock on your account should be up and you can update your credit card number on account

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link when your able to log into again

@Lj79 quickest way to resume service at this point would be to get payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart / shell gas stations or 7-11 and load the funds *611 and resume service right away and worry about updating CC later
