changed my plan to Public Mobile yesterday from Fido. I am not able to sign in to my account. I could last night.

Tried all of the above with no success. After I input the confirmation code, it just goes back to the sign in page.

I would try again but also click on Trusted Device before login.
You can login on the PM app as well.

Hey @Georgesbabe
Sometimes the website has cache issues. Try going into your browser settings and clear the cache history and cookies then restart your browser and try again. That SHOULD work. You can even use the app on your phone which IMO is better than the website.

If everything else fails, try "Forgot Password".
