We enter the username and password to log into My Account and it simply goes back to the home page. You can see it working but stops and the home page remains. We have tried different devices and web browsers and it’s all the same. Who do we talk to to get help.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Did everything you mentioned . We were able to find a link to hopefully a person to get a ticket.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
NEVER had such program logging from computer with clean browser.

are you using the same email you are using now to login My Account before, like before EverSafe was introduced around 3 weeks ago? Were you ever able to login My Account since EverSafe was introduced?
