I am using public mobile since many years with active login account but now whenever i try to open my login account it is showing as i am registering login first time by asking sim number , subscription , name and so many things. Please restore my login back to normal . Please provide me account number related to my phone number xxxxxxxxxxx and email- xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Please remove your number and email from a public forum!
Use clean browser, incognito mode, use computer, clear cache. It could be just a caching issue if your service is still active.
