I've recently subscribed to a data plan and it's been working, however I can't login into the public mobile app as it keeps sending me back to the login page after the 2fa. When i login online, it shows me "Forbidden A1".

My data works. I can make outgoing calls too but I can't recieve calls or texts. I can't login to my account either and I've tried to submit a ticket but failed as I can't login.

did you ask the bank to chargeback a PM charge? or anything wrong with your credit card and CC reversed some charges including PM's

I've tried but it still hasn't worked. I realised today also that my number isn't working and I can't recieve calls or texts.

Wait a bit before trying again. If you haven’t done so try the steps in my previous message. Sometimes it will keep giving your error messages. Try a different browser if you don’t have access to another device.

I've been logging in at intervals since yesterday and it hasn't worked.

Trying clearing cookies, try using Incognito, try using the Public Mobile app and try using a different device. Wait about an 30 minutes to an hour and try again between attempts on same device.
